We offer a wide range of colours and seat fabrics but also recognise that the rail colour is important because we aim to supply a Stairlift with your home in mind.
Height adjustable seat and footrest for improved comfort, and to help you get on and off the chair safely, your Stairlift will be adjusted to your height at the point of installation.
Getting on and off your Stairlift, it is important that you are able to do this as safely as possible. With our patented Auto swivel feature we can turn you to face away from the stairs automatically for easy access. And, by design we can also use the internal side of your stairs and incorporate top and bottom overrun areas to maximise safety for the end user and other stair users.
Fitted to the stairs. All of our Stairlifts are fitted to the staircase and not the walls, this allows for a simple and safe installation and ensures minimal disruption to your home.
Unique drop nose/ vertical start. As part of the design and manufacturing excellence you can expect, we offer a unique drop nose vertical start option so that people with limited space at the bottom of their stairs can still enjoy the freedom a Stairlift provides. It can also save you hundreds of pounds as you don’t need to purchase a powered folding hinge and the additional issues these can bring.
Discreet Design. Designing and manufacturing a Stairlift with our customers in mind, the Flow 2 can be installed to keep your hallway and stairs free from being obstructed. The seat, arms and footrest of the Flow 2 can be folded neatly away when not in use. Using the patented ASL technology allows us to achieve all of this without sacrificing your comfort.
Consultation
All consultations are carried out by our senior engineers. We are happy to visit to assess your needs and requirements whether at the conception stage to discuss what is possible and the options leaving you to make an informed decision or to conduct a thorough survey with drawings enabling production of your Stairlift rail. This service if free of charge and our aim to offer the right solution, resulting in a more enjoyable and comfortable quality of life for the user.
In consultation, a solution will be presented in a free fixed written quotation. We guarantee that there will be no hidden charges and our industry leading warranty package is included for your peace of mind. Remember that by using our consultation service you will not be under any obligation whatsoever.
Installation
With a wealth of experience spanning over 20 years, we know exactly what is required to ensure the installation process is smooth, efficient and mess-free. We recognise how important it is to have minimum disruption during the installation so we will ensure your home is left exactly as we found it, bar the Stairlift now being in place.
Our specialist engineers will install your Stairlift as quickly as possible and give you a full product demonstration to ensure that you are comfortable with how to operate the Stairlift. We will only leave when you are completely confident with how to use your new lift and are 100% satisfied with our service.
As part of our industry leading aftercare service, as the Flow 2 Stairlift is programmable in situ, should any reprogramming be needed to better suit your requirements once you have had a couple of weeks of using the lift, which can happen in certain circumstances, we will come back and do this as part of your service agreement with no additional charges.
