We are happy to visit to assess your needs and requirements whether at the conception stage to discuss what is possible and the options leaving you to make an informed decision or to conduct a thorough survey with drawings enabling production of your Stairlift rail. This service is free of charge and our aim to offer the right solution, resulting in a more enjoyable and comfortable quality of life for the user.

In consultation, a solution will be presented in a free fixed written quotation. We guarantee that there will be no hidden charges and our industry leading warranty package is included for your peace of mind. Remember that by using our consultation service you will not be under any obligation whatsoever. As part of our service our specialist order team will keep in touch with you and ensure you are updated at every stage of the process, including sharing production and design drawings with you prior to manufacture. We aim to have your specialist stairlift installation completed within 4 weeks of a production survey.
