With a main walkway on the bottom landing and open space directly either side of the bottom of the staircase and a need to safely take the stairlift user away from the top of the stairs for safe transfer on and off the stairlift, this straight staircase required more than a straight stairlift model could offer.

• Technical Drawing: Working with the manufacturer’s design team, the stairlift rail was expertly designed to fit the staircase with as little protrusion as possible.
